Title: RIPPED OFF!2/4/2012 1:17:56 AM: I ordered 1 chicken teriyaki and 1 kalbi rib which was $28, they charged my card for $42. I asked for a receipt, so they emailed me a receipt which was for $35. I went on my account took my phone and took a pic and emailed it back, they said no email, no picture, after they got it, they said it was tip. They could have atleast given me a free egg roll or something. Oh not to mention they went to spring hill when Im at quality suites, I waited almost 2 hrs. Never ordering from them ever again. I'll stick going out to eat.

I called for a refund and all they said they could do was credit me for the soup. I am one pissed off customer.

Title: What changed????1/12/2012 3:49:57 PM: I've been going to Panda pretty regularly up until a year ago or so. My favorite dish was the Shrimp with Lobster sauce. It was the only thing I ever ordered there for about 8 years. Today I picked up my lunch and dinner, as I would be working late and ordered Shrimp w/Lobster sauce and Almond Chicken lunch specials.Both looked fabulous, but when I began to eat the Shrimp w/Lobster sauce I was dumbfounded on the lack of taste!! It looked great and I was soo excited to have it after such a long time but it was absolutely tasteless. Disheartened I threw it away and tried the Almond Chicken and so thankful I had actually ordered something else. The Almond Chicken saved my faith in Panda, but now I'm forever cautious on that Shrimp dish. Hope it is improved upon in the near future or I just may have to find another place that makes it as good as Panda used to. Oh, and the friend rice was very odd.....a few cubed carrots and peas, with a little yellow food coloring? That can't pass for Fried Rice anywhere, or at least it shouldn't..... :-(
